After deciding to play hooky yesterday, of course a kure spa session was on my list. Despite my last-minute call, I was able to get an afternoon appointment and it was an amazing experience. Warm greeting. Soothing atmosphere. Peace and tranquility enveloped me from the start. Very courteous and professional with my Blueberry Smoothie ready for me after my massage. Lorraine lulled me into a deep sleep as she massaged the tension from my body. And now, back to work. Thanks!

I am a pole fitness athlete and put my body through pretty extreme workouts.  When I started to have muscular pain with my right hip, I decided to try the PEMF offered at Kure Spa.  During my first visit, I could feel the therapy working on various muscle groups within my hip region. After less than 30 minutes, my hip felt so much better!  Since I am training for a major competition, I continue to overwork the same muscle groups and I have been back numerous times to have PEMF therapy.  Without the PEMF, I don’t think I would be able to continue to train as hard as I have been.  Thank you Kure Spa for bringing this to Norwalk and allowing me to continue my training!

I have been suffering from chronic lower back pain (with radiant sciatic nerve pain) for many years.  The pain around the tailbone area was particularly bad.  My results with PEMF have been amazing.  I’ve never experienced such immediate and lasting pain relief from a healing therapy.  The pulsing energy is gentle but noticeable.  The soreness feels soothed by the warmth and vibration of the PEMF energy.  After each session, I feel such relief.  It’s wonderful to feel the tightness in your body loosen up so quickly.  It is really exciting to be so aware of the healing process and to know that it can be activated with PEMF.  Thank you for bringing this to your clients.  What a blessing it has been for me!  

My first experience with Reiki was with Jessica.  There are no words to describe the sensations that I felt from our sessions together.  Jessica has a gentle touch.  Her overall demeanor, compassion towards life and calm, but uplifting spirit was present in our session.  After the conclusion of our time together, I felt restored, calm and an overall sense of warmth throughout my body.  The point fo Reiki is to have a sublte shift in energy – where the healer activates your own body’s healing.  If you haven’t tried Reiki or are an avid lover, I highly recommend Jessica as a Reiki Practitioner.  (Wash Post article Reiki goes mainstream: Spiritual touch practice now commonplace in hospitals)

I have chronic Lyme and Kure Spa was recommended to me for the Vibrosaun to help to clear my lymphs which have been really blocked based on the disease, and although I go to both a Lyme specialist and a Naturopath, we have been unable to clear them.  As a result I have had tremendous pain.  I have been a member of Kure Spa for several months now and thanks to the Vibrosaun, my lymphs are working again and I am able to perspire out the toxins.  It is worth every dime and I love the owners and the staff!  I am blessed to have found them and if I lived closer I would go every day!!

There aren’t enough stars to fit the quality of service and feeling you get after a visit at Kure. This spa is amazing. The vibrosaun is fantastic. I’ve had a great experience with the staff and PEMF therapy sessions at Kure Spa, not to mention the organic juice bar which is much better than most that I’ve frequented. I tore my patella tendon on my right knee back in April and have been using PEMF therapy for the last 10 weeks which has dropped my pain from level 8 down to a 2 level.  I was referred by a woman in my network group and had never heard of Magnetic Therapy but it’s been a savior for my knee recovery/pain.  This place really is a hidden gem.  Savor Healthy Organic Pizza downstairs is a great spot too for 100% organic food.

A list of why I LOVE this place: 1) The kindest, most courteous, professional staff. They all seem really happy to be there. 2) The atmosphere allows you to relax the second you walk in the door. 3) The organic juice bar – I was never into juice until I discovered Kure. They do it the best way possible to get as much of the nutrients as possible, and they know their stuff about the supplements they have. Kure Spa exceeded my expectations!  Such a beautiful facility!  The juices are delicious and made fresh on the spot, and the services are top notch with friendly and knowledgeable staff.  I will return!

A hidden gem! My mom, sister, and I were given a certificate for an hour long massage, 30 minute Vibrosaun session, and a juice – what a treat that was! The staff is awesome, friendly, and seem to enjoy what they do. This was my first professional massage & it left me wanting more! We left very happy and relaxed.

I had a therapeutic massage today with Teresa. As an eyelash extensionst sitting has become an occupational hazard. Teresa worked out the kinks in my gluts and attacked the pain in my lower back. I left our session feeling great. Thank you Teresa and the team at Kure Spa!

Finally got there!!! Best ever! Did a vibrosaun, followed it with a 1hr massage and after that a green smoothie! All aspects of the space were 5star, staff, owner, vibro machine, massage therapist, and the smoothie was great! (I know a little something about making smoothies). Totally recommend this spot. Easy to get to and great parking!

Love Kure Spa!  The Vibrosaun machine is fantastic!  I really enjoy having a green drink or smoothie after a treatment.  You won’t be disappointed!  It’s a special place.

This place is definitely Norwalk’s best kept secret. Looks like just another building on Route 7 on the outside but step inside and experience a great surprise! The beautiful energy of the staff and the place itself. Clean, inviting, relaxing and much more. Vibrosaun is amazing and massages are excellent too! Plus the organic juice/smoothie bar is the real deal with its extensive menu of fresh ingredients including superfoods. Don’t miss this place!

Love this place! The juice bar has some really unique and tasty offers – the sweet and spicy sweet potato juice is really something special. The single auger juicer does make a difference the quality of the juice! Also highly recommend the massages! Overall it’s a great experience in a clean and welcoming environment.  

I had the R&R package at Kure Spa and loved the whole experience! Started off with 30 mins. In the vibrosaun (my kind of exercise!! Lol), then an hour massage followed by a green smoothie. Can’t beat the price, the place is clean and pretty and staff is very friendly. I’ve already booked my next appointment.  

I am so thrilled with this new concept! I just discovered this secret spa a little bit ago! I purchased my Vibrosaun package and there’s no looking back. Loosening my spine and activating my lymphs to clean as well as sweating/burning off a good chunk of calories. Staff is very helpful and thoroughly explains all. Spa is very very clean. The juice bar is the perfect complement post therapy or as your daily juice stop. Jen at the juice bar is the BEST! So glad I discovered!

Before I came to Kure Spa, I had extreme pain in my lower back and other areas of my body from arthritis and a couple of car accidents. My pain was so severe that I could not sleep at night. I was in a tough situation.

While on Facebook, I saw an ad for the Vibrosaun machine. I didn’t know what it was, but the ad said it could help with arthritis, back pain and weight loss. It sounded too good to be true, but I had to give it a try. At this point I was desperate to find anything that could help with my pain.

After my first session, I could already feel a difference! After my 6th session, my pain was significantly reduced, and now I come in for weekly maintenance sessions.

I can say without hesitation that I no longer experience pain – my back feels nearly 100%! My friends questioned why I would reserve Saturdays for my scheduled sessions, but now they see how much better I feel and look.

Beyond the help with my back pain, I noticed that the combination of heat and vibration help with my stress. I know this sounds too good to be true, but I found the perfect cure for me! Everyone should try the Vibrosaun at least once. The spa is beautiful and relaxing, and the staff are caring and engaged.

I recently used the vibrosaun and what a great experience! After a brief demo of the vibrosaun you are ready to get started. During the session you can change the amount of vibration & the temperature of the sauna (all explained before you get in). As an avid runner I had both to the highest setting- & You really get quite a sweat! I was completely relaxed after my session and slept like a baby that night. I even felt great the following the day. The facility was clean and the employees were welcoming and ready to help with anything that I needed! They even checked on me after a few minutes to make sure I was comfortable. After my session I went next-door and tried one of the smoothies- it was a blissful Christmas is a cup flavor (wish I remembered the name for you!) I will definitely be returning and hope to try a yoga class next-door soon! A must try for anyone that over exerts their body like myself!  

Wow… this has to be one of the best spa experiences I have had. I was given a gift certificate to the spa that included a 30 min session of Vibrosaun which was definitely detoxifying, followed by a 1 hour massage which that was AMAZING. After, I was greeted by pleasant staff and a delicious healthy smoothie. This experience from start to finish was absolutely worth every penny. I will be back soon.
